HMD Financial pays the carrier the full amount owed to it by client accounts less the collection and dispatch fees due.

HMD Financial pays the dispatch fee to the dispatch agent on behalf of the carrier less the collection fee.
We sign a partner agreement.
The carrier, the dispatch agent, and HMD Financial sign a trilateral agreement.
You refer a prospect to HMD Financial.
